大學體育課學生籃球連續傳接跳投之流暢經驗探究

The Study on the University Student of Flow Experience by Sequential Pass Basketball to Jump Shot

摘要


大學體育教學重要教學目標之一,是培養大學生建立終身運動休閒習慣。從經驗主義的觀點而言,讓學習者親身體驗運動中的流暢經驗,可能是引領學習者,從培養內在動機進入持續性運動休閒習慣的重要媒介。因此,本研究嘗試在大學體育教學中,運用十周每週一小時的授課時間,透過籃球傳接跳投的課程單元設計,讓學生在罰球線附近的位置,經由同學不斷的傳球,給每位同學連續接球跳投練習,同時在要求連續進球數為考試評分標準的情況下,盡可能使學生有機會接近運動流暢經驗成受。並藉由學生學習經驗的書面回饋資料,以敘說探究的「歸類-內容」為分析法,同時採取Chen(2000)所認為構成運動流暢經驗應可劃分為前置階段(antecedents)、門檻階段(threshold)、經驗階段(experience)與結果階段(consequence)等四個階段,為參考分析架構。經研究結果發現,學生從該教學過程可獲得如下的流暢經驗:1.個人全身動作的流暢感。2.身心合一的流暢感。3.人球合一的流暢感。4.人球持續合一的流暢感。故本研究建議,以提升教學品質與擴大休閒運動消費人口的角度而言,大學體育教學應提供更多能讓學生經歷上述流暢經驗的教學內容。

One of the important teaching goals of sports teaching of the university, is to train university students to be used to setting up and taking exercises recreation all the life. As regards view of empiricism, let learners personally experience the flow experience in the movement, maybe lead learners, enter important media that recreation of constant sport is used to from training the inherent motive. So, this research tries to use the lessons time on basketball course unit jump shot to connect design, let student select from basket appropriate position individually, via classmate constant pass, give each classmate receive, shot with jump exercise continuously, and on condition that demand to score continuously and count to be the point scale of an examination, make students have an opportunity to be close to the flow experience of the movement to experience as much as possible. And last materials by student in writing studying by experience, in order to lasting one that probing into 'sort out-content' as analytic approach, adopt Chen (2000) at the same time .Think that forming flow experience of the movement can be divided into the antecedents stage, the threshold stage, the experience stage and consequence stage with fruiting Wait for four stages, in order to consult the structure of analyzing. Found by the result of study, students can obtain the following flow experience from the course of teaching: 1.Flow sense that individual acts all over. 2.Flow sense that the body and mind unifies. 3.Flow sense that people unify ball. 4.Flow sense that people unify ball continuously. So research this propose, with improve teaching quality and expand outdoor activity consumption view and speech of population, the sports teaching of the university should offer the content of courses that let students go through flow experience described above even more.
