目的:以智慧感應籃球收集運動學參數,並比較罰球出手進球與否,在入籃角度與出手速度的差異,藉此找出影響罰球進球的因素,作為未來以智慧感應籃球在罰球訓練時提供立即回饋的應用。方法:15位優秀大專籃球球員參與本研究,每人進行30次罰球,在每次罰球時均以智慧感應籃球收集入籃角度與出手速度,並記錄進球與否,最後再以相依樣本t考驗,比較進球與未進球的差異比較。結果:罰球進球的入籃角度(39.3 ± 5.7度)顯著大於未進球的入籃角度(35.0 ± 5.5度),但出手速度二者間沒有差異。結論:在固定投籃距離的罰球動作,越大的入籃角度可以增加罰球命中率,並可利用具良好信度的智慧感應籃球,在實際進行訓練時給予入籃角度的即時回饋,修正投籃細部動作。
Purpose: To compare the shooting arc and release speed of misses versus swishes of free throws with smart sensor basketball, and whether the optimal mode of free throws could be found and the smart sensor basketball could be applied practically. Methods: Fifteen elite basketball players were recruited as subjects, to perform free throws for 30 times. A smart sensor basketball was used to collect the shooting arc and release speed, and the misses or swishes of free throws were recorded as well. Dependent T-test was used to compare the difference between misses or swishes. Results: The shooting arc of swishes of free throws were significantly higher than misses (39.3° ± 5.7 versus 35.0° ± 5.5), but no significant difference was found in the release speed. Conclusions: In the fixed shooting distance, the higher shooting arc could increase the percentage of goal. A smart sensor basketball could be applied practically for a real-time feedback of shooting arc in order to adjust the fine shot motion.
