慣性式阻力訓練對排球動作表現之影響

The effect of inertial training on volleyball performance

摘要


目的:市面上慣性式阻力訓練器材無法變更慣量,所以無法建立完整的訓練指引或操作訓練內容中的參數,本研究藉由自製之可調整慣性阻力訓練器材,使用不同的轉動慣量負荷進行六週阻力訓練介入,探討不同轉動慣量介入對排球選手運動表現的影響。方法:大學乙組排球校隊共26名選手分成低慣量組、中慣量組、高慣量組進行訓練,訓練內容以最大自主速度進行上肢排球扣球動作訓練與伸膝訓練,統計方法使用二因子重複量數變異數分析法,進行前、中、後測組間以及組內比較,各項顯著水準皆訂為α=.05。結果:不同慣量間的上肢或是下肢運動表現皆未達顯著差異,但在各個慣量下肢運動表現的前、中、後測統計結果達顯著差異,而中慣量組經六週慣性式阻力訓練後,在折返跑、立定跳遠、單手摸高、雙手摸高、助跑單手摸高與助跑雙手摸高的後測表現顯著優於前測(p<.05)。結論:經六週慣性式阻力訓練可以提升運動表現,而下肢效果明顯優於上肢,低、中、高三組不同轉動慣量對於訓練效果並沒有差異,但在中轉動慣量組的結果有較多的進步,因此進行慣性式阻力訓練時,建議使用中轉動慣量配合自主最大動作速度進行,會有較佳的訓練效果。

The training content can not adjust due to the fixed Moment of Inertia (MOI) provided by current inertial training devices. This study tried to examine the effect of different MOI resistances on volleyball functional performance. Methods: Twenty-six volleyball players were recruited and assigned to different MOI groups for 6 weeks lower and upper limbs inertial resistance training. The performances of volleyball functional movement after 3 weeks and 6 weeks training were measured. Two-way ANOVA (mixed design) was processed to determine the differences among groups as well as pre and post training. Significant level was set at =.05. Results: The performance of standing long jump, shuttle run, single / both hands standing reach and single / both hands run-up reach were all significantly improved after training (p<.05). But there was no significant difference among groups. Conclusions: The 6 weeks inertia resistance training can effectively increase the performance of lower limbs for volleyball players. And there was no significant difference among different MOI groups, but medium MOI group had more progress than other 2 groups. To earn the best training effect, we suggest that medium MOI resistance with maximum movement speed could be a good choice.
