The purpose of this study was to describe the entire learning process about how the new learners under the guidance of professor from no any idea moving toward a threshold of the action research. The nursing is a profession of practicum. Teachers are the people who try to put into their practice for improving the quality of education by action research. In this article the researchers were aware of individual illiberality and wrong subjective thoughts through dialogues and reflections back and forth. The approach of the threshold was the result of several revisions. After the reflection and exploration, the researchers changed the research method, hypotheses, and title which from ”The test anxiety” to ”The reflection of skill proficiency test anxiety before whole year practicum”. This changing process might offer some valuable experiences for the new learners of performing their action research.
