摘要


在類比電路的應用中廣泛地使用電壓與電流參考電路,大部分的參考電路只能提供參考電壓或參考電流;本論文之晶片有別於一般晶片,其係利用正負溫度係數相互抵消的方式,來抑制溫度對電路的影響,藉此同時提供與溫度及供應電壓無關的帶差參考電壓及參考電流。本論文之晶片係以TSMC0.35μm2P4M互補金氧半混合信號製程所設計完成的,其輸出參考電壓爲888.6mV、輸出參考電流爲736nA、參考電壓溫度係數爲39ppm/℃、參考電流溫度係數爲120ppm/℃、功率消耗爲91.28μW,可於供應電壓爲1.35V時啟動。

The voltage and current bandgap reference are widely used in analog circuit to supply either a constant bandga preference or a constant current reference. The proposed chip, which is designed with TSMC 0.35μm 2P4M CMOS process, can simultaneously provide a temperature-independent bandgap reference and a temperature-independent current reference. According to the simulation results, the constant voltage of bandgap reference, constant current of bandgap reference, voltage temperature coefficient, current temperature coefficient, power dissipation and minimum supply voltage are 888.6 mV, 736 nA, 39 ppm/℃, 120 ppm/℃, 91.28 μW and 1.35 V, respectively.
