Energy is the ability to do work and is an integral part of our daily lives. Running out of energy and our society would decay to pre-historic age. Current economy is heavily dependent upon fossil fuels and teaching energy ethics to conserve limited resources are essential to our future. In recent years, many countries have paid more attentions in the issue of energy education due to energy shortage problem. In this paper, we do not only discuss the resource of the energy education, but also investigate the application examples of relative research scheme in Taiwan of recent years. These results provide useful information for the curriculum design of energy education instructor.
