摘要

電能爲能源之一，大部分用電用戶並未裝設電能管理系統，致不了解本身的用電情況而造成不當用電，不但浪費能源，還需多繳電費，於夏季尖峰負載時間，亦可能造成整個電力系統穩定度降低；另一方面，爲了因應全球化之競爭，很多企業開始利用各種方法減少無謂的電費開銷，以提升本身的競爭力；其中藉由電能監控系統配合電力需量預測之機制監控電力使用情形，以提升系統負載率，已經十分普遍。 爲加強學校師生對產業界電能管理之實務經驗，本中心特藉由實務專題方式實地參與「遠東科技大學」，之校園電力系统監控管理，與「國立台中高工」的節約能源策略。除分析及探討兩校近年之節能措施成果外，並依理論基礎提出節能方法及相關用電措施檢討，提供做為電能管理參考。

Electrical power is one kind of energy resources, and most of the consumers do not equip with an electrical power management system, so they don’t consume electrical power properly because of the lack of the information of the power consumption situations. They are not only wasting the energy but they also have to pay more for electricity charges, furthermore, it may lead to bad power system stability during the peak load period in summer. Besides, due to the growth of economy and global market competition, enterprises are concerned with the means to use electricity efficiently and avoid penalty. Therefore, the practice of demand control of electric system has drawn a lot of attentions from consumers.
To get more practical experience in electrical energy management for industry, electrical engineering department of Far East University cooperate and National Taichung Industrial Vocational School with Far East University by a special project regarding electrical energy management study on the campus. By analyzing both the energy strategy and the actual data of the campus recent years, some ideas of energy management are proposed with theoretical base.
