The purpose of this study was to develop the multimedia programs to teach time concepts for students with mild intellectual disability. The multimedia programs focused on to develop the feel of time quantity and included "pointing out the time" and "developing of the time quantity". There were 20 subjects in one elementary school of Taichung included in the study. The pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design was used to assess the effects of the multimedia programs on time concepts. On the other hand, the differences between two teaching strategies: multimedia programs and traditional programs were also examined. The results were showed both two programs had significant effects on developing time concepts. Especially, the multimedia programs were better than traditional programs at the part of "developing of the time quantity". All parents of subjects satisfied the programs and were willing to join the similar courses.
