摘要


本研究旨在探討以VIIAF模式建構之個別化功能性視覺訓練對增進視皮質損傷兒童視動協調能力之成效。研究對象為兩名國民教育階段視皮質損傷兒童,研究方法採單一受試跨行為多基線研究設計,透過功能性視覺評量及視皮質損傷特徵評估後,發展適合個案的功能性視覺訓練方案,並將其融入到日常生活活動中。本研究之自變項為功能性視覺訓練,依變項為個別化視動協調能力及動作反應時間,所得資料以視覺分析法分析。整體而言,個別化功能性視覺訓練方案能提升兩位視皮質損傷學童視動協調能力(含視動協調正確率與動作反應時間長短)。當介入處理後,兩位受試者功能性視覺能力提昇了,也就是「看」的能力提升,動作反應時間也縮短,表示介入處理有顯著成效。研究結果作為相關教育人員之參考。

The study aims to explore the effects VIIAF model of functional vision training programs to improve visual-motor coordination of two children with cortical visual impairment. A single-subject multiple-baseline design across three behaviors was used in this study. Functional vision assessment and cortical visual impairment (CVI) characteristics assessment were conducted for all subjects prior to the interventions. The functional vision training programs with daily self-care activities were applied in this study. The independent variables of the study were functional vision training programs; the dependent variables were visual-motor coordination and the latency of movement reaction in activities. The data were analyzed by visual analysis. In summary, the VIIAF model of functional vision training programs can improve the behaviors of visual-motor coordination and decrease the latency of movement reaction of two children with cortical visual impairment. Educational implications were addressed in the paper.
