地方政府公寓大廈諮詢業務辦理方式調查報告

摘要


本報告係針對地方政府為執行《公寓大廈管理條例》規定的權責事項,經調查及訪談結果,彙總分析各種公寓大廈管理業務有關的諮詢服務應用方式,包括業務單位編制、建置業務網頁、頒定自治政令及業務計畫、設置爭議事件調處委員會、提供諮詢服務、業務委外辦理、舉辦優良公寓大廈評選活動、製作宣導文件、辦理說明會或講習會、透過專業團體提供諮詢輔導等十餘項;以供主管機關了解各地方政府業務推動現況,並可作各地方政府依業務發展策略參考採用。

This report is focusing on the execution of the rule of terms and conditions of ”Condominium Management Ordinance” on local governments. According to the result of surveyed and interviewed, By summarizing and analyzing various of related to the application of consulting service of condominium management affairs, which including to draw up of affairs units, homepage construction, to set up and promulgate the self-governing ordinance, to set up the committee of mediation of dispute ,to provide the consulting service, outsourcing management, to conduct the choosing through public appraisal of excellent communities, to compile promotional documents, to hold the illustration meetings and explanation sessions, to provide the consulting and counseling service through the professional organization etc.. For the authority competences to comprehend the status quo of affairs carrying out by local governments, also can provide the reference of affairs development strategy to local governments.
