大學生網路性成癮之評估及相關因素的研究

摘要

自從網際網路興起，網路成癮的比率高升，已成為現代社會重要問題。而網路成癮中有多少比率是屬於網路性成癮？國內尚未有調查，因此本研究旨在探討大學生之網際網路性成癮的狀況及相關因素。本研究取得臺北市二所公私立大學生有效樣本269人（男女生分別為133、136人）。研究工具為：一、網際網路性愛篩檢測驗；二、簡式性愛成癮篩檢測驗；三、憂鬱量表及焦慮量表。由於施測方式係經由二校之通識課程班級，因此學生來自不同院系。本研究發現：一、男生網路性成癮傾向顯著高於女生。二、依Delmonico與Miller（2003）之網路性成癮的標準，可分為四級：未有、輕微、中度、重度。本研究大學生全體中，1.未有者約占20%（其中女生＞男生）；2.輕微者占62.1%（男女無差異）；3.中度者占17.5%（其中男＞女）；4.重度者只占0.7%（男女無差異）。大學生全體中網路性成癮分數屬於中度者高達17.5%，頗值得關注。依Delmonico與Miller的標準，他們身處於網路性愛行為已影響其重要生活的風險中，建議找專家做進一步的評估及協助。三、網路性成癮傾向與離線後之性成癮傾向之相關高達.605，顯示二者有共通特徵。四、網路性成癮變項與憂鬱及焦慮變項具有顯著低度相關（分別為.21、.26）。最後，根據研究發現提出網路性成癮輔導策略之建議，供學務工作者參考。

This study was to investigate the status and correlated factors of internet sex addiction among university students. The valid sample of 269 students was selected from two universities in Taipei. The instruments include Internet Sex Addiction Screening test, Sex Addiction Screening Test-Abbreviated, Depression Scale and Anxiety Scale. The results indicated that: 1. The score of internet sex activity for males is higher than females. 2. Internet sex addition is divided into four levels. The ratios are (1) no addiction is 20% (females＞males); (2) mild addiction is 62.1% (no difference between gender); (3) moderate addiction is 17.5% (male＞female); (4) severe addiction is 0.7% (no difference between gender); 3. The internet sex addiction is highly correlated with offline sex addiction (r=.605); 4. The internet sex addiction has low correlation with anxiety and depression (r=.21, .26 respectively). Finally, based on the findings, recommendations of guidance for students are suggested.
