校園經驗、學校認同與續讀意願相關性之探究：以臺灣雙北地區私立大學大一學生為例
A Correlational Study of Freshmen’s Campus Experiences, School Identity and Student Retention in Private Universities in the Greater Taipei Area
摘要
本研究旨在瞭解雙北地區私立大學大一學生校園經驗、學校認同與續讀意願之現況、差異情形以及校園經驗、學校認同與續讀意願的相關。本研究採用調查研究法，以雙北地區私立大學大一學生為研究母群體，採用分層叢集取樣方式，抽取1,620位樣本，問卷共回收1,286分，有效問卷1,250分，本研究結果歸納如下：一、雙北地區私立大學大一學生校園經驗的高低次序排列為：硬體設備、學務、學系和教務；學校認同依高低次序排列為：情感、行為和認知；續讀意願依高低次序排列為：目標承諾與學校承諾。二、就校園經驗而言，女學生對校園環境知覺比男學生較滿意、人文學類學生比科技學類學生滿意、家庭年收入50-114萬的學生比501萬以上的學生滿意、申請入學學生校園經驗比聯合登記分發學生滿意。三、以學校認同而言，女學生高於男學生、僑外生在行為面向比原住民學生高、人文學類學生的行為面向比科技學類學生高、家庭年收入50-114萬學生最高、申請入學學生最高、原居住南部地區的學生在行為面向比住在北部的學生高。四、就續讀意願而言，女學生在目標承諾高於男學生、人文學類學生目標承諾高於社會學類學生、家庭年收入50-114萬學生續讀意願最高。五、雙北地區私立大學大一學生在校園經驗、學校認同與續讀意願有兩組典型相關達到顯著。

The purposes of this study are to understand the campus experiences, school identity and student retention of freshmen in private universities in the Greater Taipei area. In this study, the author conducted a survey research design. Stratified cluster sampling was used to obtain desired samples. There are 1,620 freshmen who were selected from 10 private universities in the Greater Taipei area, including Humanities, Social and Technology categories. The data were collected by using the self-construct Campus Experiences, School Identity and Student Retention Scale. A total of 1,620 responses were received, and 1,250 were valid. The valid response rate was 77.2%. Reliability, descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA, and canonical correlation analyses were conducted to analyze the data with the usage of SPSS 20 for Windows.
