本研究目的為探討經濟弱勢學生學習與校園經驗及學習成果之關係,並瞭解其經費需求與提供資源的措施。研究對象為101 學年度國立臺灣師範大學的經濟弱勢學生,共36 名參與研究。研究方法採用問卷調查與質性訪談。研究結果發現,本研究學生成績表現較優良者的學習態度較積極認真、師生互動較多。質性訪談則歸納出7 項主題,包括:一、入大學前體會家境困難,影響志願的選擇;二、由高中轉換大學需要適應;三、入大學後需要自我管理生活與學習經費,並視情況貼補家庭經濟;四、課業學習自我要求較高;五、習慣獨立解決問題,對於人際支持期望不高;六、生涯規劃注重就業安定,需要提早準備;七、學校資源提供協助,執行方式可以更為細緻。
The study aims at exploring the campus experiences, learning outcome and assistant resources of economically underprivileged students from National Taiwan Normal University. There are 36 subjects in total. Data were collected by questionnaires and interviews. The finding for students of this study are as follows: the academic performance of subjects will be better if their learning attitudes and interactions with teachers are more active. There are 7 themes from qualitative analysis: the selection of enrollment was affected by the financial situation of families; the adaptation for transition to university is struggling; learning to manage their own finance of living and learning, even to help the family sometimes; the expectation for academic performance of most of them is higher; being used to solve problems by their own; the career planning focusing on stable employment, which they desire to prepare earlier; hoping to gain assistant resources from university and looking forward to more efficient and friendlier administration.
