本研究旨在探究大學生社團參與經驗與課外學習核心能力發展之關係研究,研究工具引用自蔡志賢(2011)所編製之「高等教育課外學習核心能力問卷」進行量化施測。本研究以中國文化大學服務性社團之206位社團幹部為研究對象,有效樣本數為153份,回收率為74.2%。所得資料以描述統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析、多元迴歸分析等統計分析方法進行分析。研究結果分述如後:一、課外學習核心能力平均得分為4.38分(5點量表),顯示課外學習核心能力發展良好。其中以「團隊合作能力」(M=4.50)情形最佳。二、不同性別、年級、主修領域、社團擔任職務、社團參與頻率學生在課外學習核心能力發展上無差異。三、不同社團參與年資學生在整體課外學習核心能力發展上有顯著差異,其中又以「溝通表達能力」、「人際關係能力」兩項能力,參與社團年資兩年以上未滿三年的學生顯著高於一年以上未滿兩年的學生。四、「性別」、「年級」、「主修領域」之個人背景變項,及社團參與經驗中的「社團參與年資」為解釋「整體課外學習核心能力」的重要顯著變項;各自變項對於整體課外學習核心能力其解釋力為9.2%。
The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between the participation experience in student clubs and the development of extracurricular learning core competencies. The research instrument was quoted from "Questionnaire on Higher Education Extracurricular Learning Core Competencies" compiled by Tsai (2011). The subject of this study were 206 students who participating of service club, the total of 153 subjects were collected from interviewers at Chinese Culture University, and the recovery rate was 74.2%. The data were analyzed with t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis. Findings of this study are as follows: A. The average score of extracurricular learning core competencies is 4.38 points (5-point scale), showing that has developed well, and the best is "teamwork ability" (M = 4.50). B. There is no difference in the development of extracurricular learning core competencies between different sexes, grades, majors and communities. C. There are significant differences in the development of core competencies of extracurricular learning among students with different social groups. Among them, the students who participated in more than two years and less than three years with "communication skills" and "interpersonal skills" Students over 1 year and under 2 years old. D. Personal background variables of "gender", "grade" and "major field", and "social club participation years" in community participation experience are important significant variables in the interpretation of "core extracurricular learning ability"; The overall core extracurricular learning ability to explain its power of 9.2%.
