品德教育教學轉化與實踐影響因素之研究:以新北市品德教育聯絡簿為例

A Study on the Factors of Character Education Teaching Transforming and Practice: The Case of New Taipei City's Character Education Communication Books

摘要


本研究的目的在於運用新北市品德教育聯絡簿方案,瞭解品德教育實施過程中,教師工作負荷、親師溝通、專業發展、教學轉化、學生品德教育實踐之關聯性、預測影響力與模式適配度等。採用問卷調查法,以新北市國中導師為研究母群體,進行分層隨機抽樣,共回收有效問卷612份,有效回收率為81.6%。回收之問卷採用結構方程模式進行統計分析。研究結果發現,教師的工作負荷對於教學轉化及品德教育實踐之間存在負相關;教師專業成長與親師溝通及教學轉化具正相關;親師溝通對教學轉化與品德實踐具正相關;教師教學轉化對學生品德教育實踐具正相關。最後依據結論,建議對學校投注相關資源,以促進品德教育之實施。

This study aims at understanding teachers' workload, teachers-parents communication, teachers' professional advancement, teaching transforming, and the practice of students' character education; in a word, the interrelationship, predictive influence and the degree of model fitting between variables will be discussed. This paper adopted an investigated questionnaire survey in which 612 valid questionnaires were collected by stratified Random sampling from the mentor teachers in junior high schools of New Taipei City. The effective recovery rate reached 81.6% as the research parent population. Structural equation model were adopted to construct data files and perform statistical analysis. The result from model construction shows that teachers' workload appeared negative in regard to the practice of students' character education and teaching transforming. On the contrary, it appeared positive in regard to teachers-parents communication, teachers' professional advancement, and teaching transforming. As for teachers-parents communication, it appeared positive in regard to teaching transforming and character education. Moreover, teachers' teaching transforming appeared positive in regard to students' character education. The research suggests the government devote more resources to facilitate the practice of character education in school.
