以增能賦權觀點探討影響公私立大學學生權利意識之研究

The Factors of Awareness of Student Rights in Public and Private General College Students: From the Perspective of Empowerment

摘要


本研究旨在探討公私立大學學生權利意識的影響因素,透過隨機抽樣抽取公私立大學學生共436份樣本,利用獨立樣本t檢定與單向變異數分析(analysis of variance, ANOVA)檢測影響因素,並透過多元迴歸分析瞭解各因素的解釋力。研究發現年級、學校類型與修課經驗為影響學生權利意識重要變項,建議學生應重視法政與社會領域專門與通識課程學習,且教育主管機關與校方應重視大學生對於社會議題的想法與建議,以提高學生權利意識的發展。

This study aims to explore the influencing factors of awareness of student rights in public and private general universities. A total of 436 samples of public and private general university students were selected by random sampling, and the influencing factors were detected by independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and multiple regression analysis. Through the multiple regression analysis, we can understand the explanatory power of each factor. The study found that grade level, types of school and coursework experience are important variables that affect awareness of student rights. It is recommended that students should pay attention to the specialization and general education courses in the field of law and politics, and the education authorities and schools should pay attention to the ideas and suggestions of college students on social issues in order to improve the development of students' rights awareness.
