本研究旨在瞭解臺中市國中學生之道德疏離與性別平等意識現況,並探討在不同背景下,道德疏離與性別平等意識的關係。本研究採用楊淑晴與羅藝方(2015)編製之「國中小學學生道德疏離機制量表」與賴佳怡(2016)發展之「國中學生性別平等意識量表」進行量化檢測。本研究以臺中市8所國中之學生作為研究對象,共蒐集有效問卷615份,運用描述性統計、皮爾森積差相關、多元迴歸等統計分析方法進行分析。由研究結果得知,國中生已具有高程度的性別平等意識,且利用道德疏離機制來合理化自身不道德行為的傾向偏低。另外,道德疏離與性別平等意識具有顯著負相關,其中背景變項「性別」、「父親教育程度」與道德疏離機制中之「責難受害者」與「行為粉飾與比較」為解釋性別平等意識之重要顯著變項。最後,針對研究結果提出建議,給予教師在推廣性別平等教育時,其課程設計與教學方式之參考。
This study aims at exploring current situations in moral disengagement and gender equality consciousness of middle school students in Taichung, and discusses the relation between moral disengagement and gender equality consciousness under different personal backgrounds. The questionnaire of Elementary School and Middle School Students' Mechanisms of Moral Disengagement Scale constructed by Yang, Shu-ching and Luo, Yi-fang (2015) and Middle School Students' Gender Equity Consciousness Scale constructed by Lai, Chia-Yi (2016) were used. A total of 615 samples were collected from 8 middle schools in Taichung. The data were analyzed by statistical methods including descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Findings of this study were as follows: middle school students already have a high level of gender equality consciousness, and are less likely to rationalize their unethical behavior by using the model of moral disengagement. Furthermore, there were significantly negative correlations between moral disengagement and gender equality consciousness. Two variables of the model of moral disengagement, "blaming and devaluating victims" and "falsification and comparison of behavior," and a person's "sex" and his "father's education level" serve as significant variables in gender equality consciousness. In the final section, the authors propose suggestions of course designing and teaching methods for teachers promoting gender equality education.
