摘要

海洋是我們的舞臺，海洋對我們有著非凡的意義，臺灣四面環海，擁有優良之海洋生態環境，近年在海岸線解禁與政府推廣下，重型帆船運動的人口持續成長。本篇文章主要目的為討論：一、重型帆船運動形式與趨勢；二、國際重型帆船組織發展概況；三、國內重型帆船運動阻礙因素。在歐美國家，帆船為許多人普遍從事的休閒活動之一，帆船產業，從造船、周邊零件商品、到俱樂部經營管理、帆船學校，在歐美是一發展健全、收益龐大可觀之產業。重型帆船運動的發展歷史悠久，相關技術層面，也十分發達且成熟。臺灣重型帆船起步較晚，目前也已有將近五十多艘重型帆船，未來可成長的市場空間還很大，本文最後統整出臺灣重型帆船愛好者1.近年購買帆船人數成長頗快，但目前因缺少停泊船隻的良港關係，其購買成長率趨緩；2.目前臺灣的遊艇港其共通的普遍問題是地理位置不佳，距離城市太過遙遠。

The ocean is our stage and has extraordinary significance to us as Taiwan is surrounded by ocean and has excellent marine ecological environment. As the coastline ban was lifted and under the promotion by the Government in recent years, the keelboat sailing population kept growing in Taiwan. The aim of this paper was to discuss: 1. The form and tends of keelboat sailing; 2. The overview of the development of international keelboat organization; 3. The restrictions of keelboat sailing in Taiwan. In western counties, sailing is one of the main leisure activities for many people. Therefore, from shipbuilding and equipment to club managing and sailing school, the sailing business is a well-developed industry with very high commercial value. The development of sailing has a long history and relevant technology is developed and completed. Currently there are around fifty keelboats in Taiwan. There is still room for more market growth in the future. The following points are summarized about keelboat enthusiast in Taiwan. 1. The number of people who purchase sailboats is growing rapidly in recent years. However, due to insufficient number of good harbors for berthing boats at present, the purchase growth rate has been slowed down. 2. The common problem of the yacht harbors in Taiwan now is poor location; they are too far away from cities.
