本研究旨在探討高中職學生身體意象困擾的測量模式、比較不同性別高中職學生身體意象困擾的差異,釐清高中職學生身體意象困擾、身體活動與憂鬱情緒的相關。使用問卷調查法,蒐集高雄地區390位高中職學生的填答資料,經過驗證性因素分析、獨立樣本t考驗,以及結構方程模式分析之後,發現高中職學生身體意象困擾的測量模式是二階測量模式,包含第二階的共同因素身體意象困擾,以及第一階的負面思考、負面情緒、負面行為。女生的身體意象困擾明顯高於男生的身體意象困擾。而且高中職學生身體意象困擾、身體活動與憂鬱情緒之間有顯著相關。身體活動與身體意象困擾有顯著負向關聯,身體意象困擾與憂鬱情緒有顯著正向關聯。根據研究發現進行相關討論,並對實務應用與未來研究提出相關建議。
The purposes of this study included: explore high school students' body image disturbance measurement model, the body image disturbance of different gender, and the relationship among body image disturbance, physical activity, and depression mood of high school students. This study conducted a questionnaire survey which 390 high school students from Kaohsiung as the empirical research subjects. Data obtained from the survey were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), t-test, and structural equation modeling (SEM). Statistical analysis yielded the following results. (1) The fit of one-second-order-factor and three-first-order-factor measurement model of high school students' body image disturbance was acceptable. (2) A difference between genders was also found; the body image disturbance for females is higher than that for males. (3) There was significant correlation among body image disturbance, physical activity, and depression mood. Suggestions for practice apply, and future study were providing in this study.
