共同工作空間的互動網絡與夥伴關係

Interaction Networks and Partnership in Co-working Spaces

摘要


共同工作空間(Co-working space)之興起,儼然已經成為全球重要的微型群聚趨勢,共同空間之社群所產生的創意氛圍(Creative milieu),具有刺激創意、協力競爭等正向效益。而在共享空間內的人際網絡結構之形成,與其衍生的群聚效益,將是本研究所欲探討之重點方向。本研究透過文獻分析和深度訪談,以八處共同工作空間內的成員為研究對象,共計有17位受訪者,探討工作者間的社群網絡與夥伴關係。此外,本研究也歸納出三點結論:第一,從業別相近的工作者容易產生自發性的交流,透過社群網絡的不斷擴展,進而有效發揮共同工作的群聚效益;第二,共同工作空間裡所形成的群聚效益為短暫型的微型創意群聚,是一種由同業或異業創意工作者所形成的群聚效益。第三,透過人才培育、樂於分享的氛圍,建立成員間學習與自我成長的機制,形成好鄰居模式與好夥伴模式的兩種共同工作空間型態。

The rise of co-working spaces has obviously become an important global trend of micro-clusters. The creative atmosphere generated by the communities of co-working spaces has positive benefits such as inspire creativity and co-competition. The formation of the interpersonal network structure in the co-working, and the resulting benefits, will be the focal point of this research. This research uses literature analysis and in-depth interviews, research users, and including eight co-working spaces, 17 members to find social networks and partnerships among workers. In addition, this study also summarized three conclusions: First, Workers in similar industries are prone to spontaneous communication, and through the continuous expansion of social networks, To make effective uses of the collective benefits of working together.; second, The benefits of clustering formed in the co-working space are short-lived micro-creative clusters, which are Cluster benefits formed by creative workers in the same industry or different industries. Third, establish a system for learning and self-growth among users through an atmosphere that cultivates talents and is willing to share. Bulid up two type of co-working space Good Neighbors Model and Good Partners Model.
