高桶式旋流排砂器排砂效率之試驗研究

Experimental Study on Sediment Removal Efficiency of a deep-depth Type Vortex Chamber

摘要


本研究利用水工模型試驗對高桶式旋流排砂器的排砂能力進行初步之探討。試驗在直徑48cm及高度115cm的旋流漏斗排砂器內進行,此排砂器的溢流口高度為95.7cm。在渾水試驗之排砂器配置包括:無安裝及有安裝水平懸板、三種入流含砂濃渡(平均值)C(下標 i)(17g/L、40g/L及77g/L)、三種入流管管徑Di(2.0cm、2.5cm及3.0cm)及兩種排砂底孔孔徑Du(0.5cm及0.6cm)。試驗所使用之泥砂的中值粒徑(d50)為3.69×10-3mm。初步渾水試驗結果顯示,高桶式旋流排砂器對於排除細顆粒泥砂有不錯的排砂效率。當入流平均含砂濃度(平均值)C(下標 i)≈40g/L及77g/L條件下,其平均溢流含砂濃度((平均值)C(下標 o))分別約為0.37g/L與3.6g/L,而平均排砂濃度效率((平均值)η(下標 c))則分別約為98.8%及95.1%。

An experimental study on sediment removal efficiency of a deep-depth type vortex chamber was carried out in this paper. The vortex chamber has a total height of 115.0 cm, an internal diameter of 48.0 cm, a circular orifice at the bottom, and an upper outlet at the distance of 95.7 cm above the bottom orifice. Three deflectors were employed to install in the vortex chamber. The diameters of tangential inlet and bottom orifice can be changeable and are in the ranges of 2.0 cm, 2.5 cm, 3.0 cm; and 0.5 cm, 0.6 cm, respectively. The inflow sediment concentrations are in the ranges of 17.0 g/L, 40.0 g/L and 77.0 g/L. The mean and median sediment diameters are 2.45×10-3 mm and 3.69×10-3 mm, respectively. According to the present experimental setup, the values of (average) η(subscript c) for the inflow sediment concentration of (average) C(subscript c)≈40.0 g/L and 77.0 g/L are 98.8% and 95.1%, respectively. The values of overflow sediment concentration (average) C(subscript o) are 0.37 g/L and 3.6 g/L, respectively. The experimental results also indicate that the new design of deep-depth type vortex chamber presented in this paper is feasible for removing very fine sediment particles.
