應用衛星影像於中央山脈之大理岩判釋

Application of Satellite Imagery on Mapping Marble in Central Mountain Range

摘要


岩性分布資料對於地質災害評估或礦產資源探勘均扮演著非常重要的角色。中央山脈地勢高聳,交通不便,欲進行傳統地質調查極度困難,故其岩性分布資料仍相當貧乏。從1980年代初期便開始有相關研究藉由分析空載高光譜影像,利用岩性之反射光譜特徵差異來進行岩性製圖,是一項發展成熟且廣泛應用之技術。本研究針對在台灣中央山脈地區具有明顯電磁反射光譜特徵之大理岩進行分布範圍判釋,本研究使用2006年3月12日於中央山脈地區所拍攝之Hyperion高光譜衛星影像及2001年3月6日之Landsat-7 ETM+多光譜衛星影像,針對裸岩區域進行高光譜及多光譜影像處理與分析工作,以判釋其大理岩分布,其中包含,(1)大理岩參考光譜量測;(2)影像前處理;(3)影像光譜分析。 本研究結果提供了後續現地查核重點,進一步確定其判釋準確率,並可提供地面地質調查之定點參考資料,可供未來進行大規模岩性製圖工作查核、比對之用。

The information of lithology and mineral composition plays a significant role in geohazard assessment and mineral exploration. In those unaccessable areas, however, it is not practical to employ the the traditional approach of geological survey to collect the information, in terms of time, money and labor. The hyperspectral imagery obtained from the airborne platform had been applied in lithology mapping since 1980s. Because Marble in Central Mountain Range has obvious characteristics of the electromagnetic spectrum reflectance distribution, this research uses Hyperion hyperspectral satellite imagery at 2006 March 12 and Landsat-7 ETM+multispectral satellite imagery at 2001 March 6 for the Marble lithological mapping in outcrop areas of Central Mountain Range, with following analysis: (1) Marble spectral reflectance meaturement; (2) image preprocessing; (3) image spectral analysis. This research provides lithological information at various outcrop areas, which could be useful for verifying the accuracy of lithology mapping in Central Mountain Range in the future.
