GFRP緊急避難房屋與維生系統規劃之研究

摘要


本文採玻璃纖維強化高分子複合材料(Glass Fiber Reinforcement Plastics, GFRP)取代常見之土木建築材料,如木材、鋼材或是鋼筋混凝土等,作為避難房屋之材料。GFRP材料具有輕便性與高強度等特性;另外,因其耐候性佳,可降低生命週期之維護費用。本文透過GFRP避難房屋型式與結構之設計外,同時考慮災民的心理因素,以群簇式的配置進行避難屋規劃。另外亦規劃了太陽能加熱系統、太陽能與風力發電系統、給水方式之評估、與污水處理系統以及傷患緊急救助之自動體外電擊器(AED)等基本維生系統,供避難之災民使用。期望透過上述之規劃與設計,提供災民使用具有結構安全與適當維生設備之避難房屋。

In this paper, the Glass Fiber Reinforcement Plastics (GFRP) was proposed to replace the conventional building materials, such as timber, steel and reinforced concrete, for the emergency shelters. GFRP composite materials have the advantages of lightweight, high strength, and excellent durability properties, and it can reduce the maintenance cost of life-cycle cost. The design and structural analysis of the GFRP shelter house was discussed in this paper. In the meantime, considering the psychological factors of the refuges, the cluster allocation for shelter houses was planned. The solar heat system, wind turbine and solar energy systems, water supply system, sewage treatment systems, and emergency assistance of the injured Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and other life-support systems were also proposed for the refuges. We hope that the above-mentioned planning and design can provide structural safety and adequate utility systems for refuges.
