Resource Leverage and Net Linkage: A Case Study on the Cooperate Model of a High Tech. and B Communication

摘要


A電子為求在產業激烈的競爭環境中生存,乃尋求與下游業者之間保持穩定的合作模式,而B通訊也在市場中受到白牌與高價值品牌的雙面夾殺,使得兩家公司在長期微利的條件下,不得不創造出新的經營模式,而從穩定的供應夥伴關係衍生出以交期為特色的競爭優勢,就成為兩家上市公司的核心能力。本文探討資訊科技治理(IT governance)與供應鏈管理如何成為A電子與B通訊兩家公司的競爭武器,再了解個別不同的產業卻面臨著相同且重要的問題,像是中國崛起後紊亂的交易市場、台製業者本身的殺價競爭以及國際大廠的壟斷行為,使得它們必需保持微利狀態並尋求適應生存的方式,他們注重顧客所要求的求貨時間,它們一從簽約並決定交貨日期開始,就非常注重整個流程管理,進而力求準確的交期,而為了達成這個使命,關係網絡的緊密聯結與有限資源的使用必須產生槓桿效果就非常重要。

To survive the highly competitive environment of the connector industry, A company must maintain cooperative relationships with their buyers. However, B Communications has also been pressured on both ends by white-box cell phones and high-value brands, forcing the two companies to create a new operating model under conditions of low long-term profits. B Communications has also developed a competitive advantage, characterized by delivery, from stable supplier partner relationships. These competitive advantages have become the core competency of these two listed companies. This study explores the case of A and discusses how both Information technology governance and supply chain management can be use as competitive weapons for A and B. This study also shows that the same significant problem of a chaotic trading market has appeared different industries due to the rise of China. Greater competition in Taiwanese firms has resulted in a price drop, leading to the monopoly of large national buyers. This study proposes a model to suitable change of atmosphere to maintain a mini-profit for survivor. The common law of refugee is means of caring the due time for customer, and focuses on process management until contract completion. While companies do the best they can to meet deadlines, they must form a strong network of A to leverage scares resources if they want to due delivery. These concepts are also part of the core theme in the discussion and case study below.
