The Study of TiO2 Nanostructures Applied on Ultraviolet Sensor

並列摘要

In this study, we have prepared three different types of TiO2 nanostructures to apply on ultraviolet sensor. Those are included that nano thin film, nanorods, and nanotubes. The wavelength of ultraviolet light used in this study is 365nm. The results of X-ray diffraction (XRD) reveal that all TiO2 nanostructures have good anatase phase. In the analysis of field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), the TiO2 nano thin film has porous structure, and the nanorods and nanotubes have good morphology. The length of TiO2 nanorods and nanotubes is 406 nm and 16.6 um, respectively. The measurements of current-time for ultraviolet sensors reveal that the period of TiO2 nano thin film, nanorods, and nanotubes is 90 second, 90 second, and 730 second, respectively. The maximum photo current of ultraviolet sensors based on TiO2 nano thin film, nanorods, and nanotubes is 39.2nA, 8.14nA, and 69.5nA, respectively. These results indicate that TiO2 nano thin film has the best current resolution and the shortest period, and is suitable to be applied on ultraviolet sensor.
