本研究旨在探討桌球選手教練領導行為、組織氣氛、團隊凝聚力及滿意度的 關係。研究樣本的選取係以全國大專桌球選手為研究對象,採便利取樣的方式進 行問卷調査及蒐集相關資訊,共發出500份問卷,回收有效問卷491份,有效回 收率98. 2%。依研究目的及研究假設,以獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數及多元 逐步迴歸進行資料分析。結果得知:教練領導中的「關懷行為」、「專制行為」和 組織氣氛的「衝突氣氛」、「凝聚力氣氛」及團隊凝聚力的「人際吸引」、「人際親和」可以有效預測滿意度。所以大專桌球選手所感受到的教練領導會反映出 對團隊凝聚力的觀感並可預測選手滿意度,建議大專校院之教錬、選手與相關行 政單位可參酌本研究的發現予以營造更友善之運動環境。
The purpose of research is to discuss the relationship among the table tennis coaches5 leadership behaviors, organizational climate, team cohesion and satisfaction. The samples were selected from national college table tennis players. The 500 samples were sampling by randomly without adjustment, only 491 samples, 98.2%, were used in this study. According to the research purpose and the hypotheses to analyze the data by independent sample T test, one way ANOVA, multiple stepwise regression. As the results, the ”caring behavior” and ”autocratic behavior” in coach leadership and ”Conflict atmosphere” and ” Cohesive atmosphere ”in organizational climate and ”interpersonal attraction” and ”interpersonal affinity” in team cohesion were predicted satisfaction effectively. Therefore, college tennis coaches will reflect the leadership's perception of team cohesion and predict players, satisfaction. This research results could be the guide for the college coaches, players, and the administrative units.
