美髮從業人員對於在職訓練課程之認知差異研究

Study on the Cognitive Differences of Job Training Courses for Hairstyling Professionals

摘要


全球化及知識經濟多元的時代趨勢下,政府為促進國際競爭力之提升,亦鼓勵企業重視員工訓練,並整合各項資源以善用事業單位的訓練,塑成為學習型組織,促進永續發展。美髮產業結構所面臨的流行資訊與技術快速變遷,為提升產業競爭力,人才的培育則為重要的前題。首先經由相關文獻探討與美髮連鎖企業主管之專家訪談作為本研究的架構,再利用模糊德爾菲法進行資料收集與分析。採質與量並進的方式來分析彙整研究資料。結果顯示設計師對課程的重視程度如下所示:1.基礎技術課程中以剪髮課程結果指標權重值最高。2.應用技術課程中以流行發表秀課程結果指標權重值最高。3.專業理論課程中以服務概念課程結果指標權重值最高。4.觀念課程中以行銷課程課程結果指標權重值最高。另外助理對課程的重視程度如下所示:1.基礎技術課程中以剪髮課程結果指標權重值最高。2.應用技術課程中以整體造型課程結果指標權重值最高。3.觀念課程中以人際關係溝通結果指標權重值最高。現今社會趨勢型態不同的改變,競爭者也越來越多,美髮業可對教育訓錬課程規劃應更加多元化,並重視員工對課程學習之需求反應及認知差異,來提升員工多層次及全方位的素養,以增強競爭力並助於經營績效的成長。

Under the trend of globalization and knowledge economy diversity, the government seeks to promote the elevation of international competitiveness, encourages corporations to emphasize employee training, and integrates various resources to use training of business departments, forming them into learning organizations for the promotion of sustainable development. The structure of the hairstyling industry faces changes in fashion information and technology, and the training of talented personnel is an important issue to enhance industrial competitiveness.This study conducted literature review and interviewed corporate directors of chain hairstyling companies to form the framework for this study. It then used fuzzy Delphi method to conduct data collection and analysis. Qualitative and quantitative methods were used to analyze and compile the research data. Results showed that designers emphasize the following in courses: (1) among basic technical courses, the hair-cutting classes have the highest indicator weight value; (2) applied technique courses, fashion presentation classes have the highest indicator weight value; (3) among professional theory courses, service concept classes have the highest indicator weight value; (4) among concept courses, marketing classes have the highest indicator weight value. In addition, assistants emphasize the following in courses: (1) among basic technical courses, the hair-cutting classes have the highest indicator weight value; (2) among applied technique courses, overall appearance classes have the highest indicator weight value; (3) among the concept courses, interpersonal relationship communication has the highest indicator weight value.With changes in social trends, there are also more competitors, and the hairstyling industry can diversify its educational and training curricular planning, and emphasize the response of employees to the needs of curricular learning, to enhance multi-level and comprehensive training of employees, in order to enhance competitiveness and assist in growth of management performance.
