台灣動畫產業發展的文化限制

Cultural Limitations on the Development of the Taiwanese Animation Industry

摘要

從過去的經驗，我們看到台灣的動畫產業，雖然曾在代工製作上有過輝煌的成績，但是在往自製的方向轉型時，卻受到了代工文化的影響，而困難重重。但我們認為，若其長久以來形成的代工文化可以有所轉化，則台灣的動畫產業，將有希望開創出一番新的局面。本文底下即是企圖從文化的面向，來對台灣的動畫產業發展困境及其所需要的轉變進行探討，並希望此研究對於台灣形成真正有利於動畫發展的文化環境與有助其持續發展的政策制訂，具有參考的價值。

From past experience, we have seen that although Taiwanese animation industry has had brilliant results in performing outsourced work for other companies, when turning toward producing its own animation, it has been influenced by the outsourced culture, and has faced numerous difficulties. However, we believe that if this outsourced culture-which has formed over a long period of time-can transform, then there is hope that the Taiwanese animation industry can enter a new era. This paper investigates the difficulties that the development of Taiwan's animation industry faces and the changes they require from a cultural dimension. It is hoped that this study can be truly beneficial to the cultural environment of the development of Taiwanese animation and the formulation of policies to continue this development, and that it has value as a reference.
