The purpose of this study is to propose a kansei multi-facet evaluation. This method integrates fuzzy approach of perception measurement and important-performance analysis (IPA). There are two limitations for traditional perception measurement and IPA. One is that tradition measurement attempts to measure human perception by single score. Therefore, it is unreasonable when the perception is multi-dimension. The other limitation is that IPA is not suitable to display personal information. It will be great benefit if we can display evaluation based on personal information. Therefore, an integrated methodology of kansei information processing is developed in this study. Fuzzy linguistic variable combines with fuzzy synthetic decision so that measurement of importance based on human perception is feasible. Furthermore, IPA classifies evaluated items by a plane coordinates based on importance and performance so that each quadrant display decision-making of personalized results. An empirical data of multi-facet evaluation for teaching practice of pre-service teachers is discussed. Results show that this kansei multi-facet evaluation is prospective. Finally, some suggestions and recommendations for future research are discussed.
