With the scientific and technological progress and rising living standards, the demand for electricity will grow rapidly. Moreover, due to the environmental consciousness around the world, it is necessary to promote energy conservation and new energy development application actively. Through the kansei engineering concepts, the paper designs solar PV systems and AC electrical energy compensation combined with high-efficiency LED applications to signboard lighting. It not only improves to reduce the signboard electricity use around the worldwide urban street stores, but also implements green energy policies in the kansei engineering. Besides, the design of the system improves the viewing angle of traditional dull signboard. It uses three-dimensional rotation control which also in accordance with kansei engineering concepts. At the end, it has considerable benefit to enhance the advertising efficiency.
