大專院校運動教練工作熱情之預備性研究

The Preliminary Study of Coach's Passion at Work in College

摘要


本研究的目的是探討大專院校運動教練工作熱情的來源,將其知覺有關的工作熱情加以呈現、描述與歸納。本研究採用質性研究方式中的訪談法作為本研究方法。研究參與者為國內五所大專院校運動教練為對象,其中四位男性一位女性。訪談內容經轉化為逐字稿後,以內容分析法予以分類歸納,並採用質性研究中的「分析者三角檢定法」以求得分類上的信度、效度以及客觀性。研究結果顯示:(一)、大專院校運動教練工作熱情的內在支持因素包含:過去的美好經驗、對於該項運動的回饋、來自於隊員的成長、自我認同;(二)、大專院校運動教練工作熱情的內在阻礙因素包含:角色衝突、產生倦怠、對隊員感到失望;(三)、大專院校運動教練工作熱情的外在支持因素包含:家人支持、上司與工作環境支持、隊員回饋與支持、經濟支持;(四)、大專院校運動教練工作熱情的外在阻礙因素包含:工作內容與壓力過重、時間限制、校方政策不支持。

The purposes of this study was to explore, describe, and inductive the source of coach's passion at working in college. The researching objects were 5 coaches who were working in college (4 males and 1 female). The method was used interviews to collect date and information. After transforming the interview information material to documents, the study classified these documents by using content-analysis method and used the analyzer-triangulation of the qualitative research to find the credibility as classifying. The results were: 1. the internal support factors of coach's passion at working in college including positive experience, dedicate to the sport, grow up by members, self identification; 2. the internal constraint factors of coach's passion at working in college including role conflicts, burnout, and disappointed by members; 3. the external support factors of coach's passion at working in college including family support, the support from superiors or working condition, the support or feedback from members, the support from salary; 4. The external constraint factors of coach's passion at working in college including the working pressure moreover, times limit, and policy disapprove. This study could be used as a foundation for further study.
