在職進修學生自由時間管理與生活品質關係之研究-以建國科大進修學院為例

The Relationship between Free Time Management and Quality of Life among In-Service Education Student-A Case with Students of Chienkuo Technology University of Continuing Education

摘要


本研究的目的在:(1)探討不同背景變項(性別、年齡、婚姻)在職進修學生在自由時間管理和生活品質上的差異。(2)探討在職進修學生的自由時間管理對生活品質影響之關係。本研究以建國科技大學進修學校的學生為研究對象(有效樣本402份)。研究工具為自由時間管理問卷和生活品質問卷。採用描述統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、探索性因素分析、結構方程模式來進行資料分析。研究結果顯示:(1)不同性別、婚姻狀態的在職進修學生在自由時間管理和生活品質上無顯著差異存在。(2)不同年齡的在職進修學生在自由時間管理和生活品質上有顯著差異存在。(3)自由時間管理會正向顯著地影響生活品質。最後根據本研究的發現,建議校方針對在職進修學生規劃時間管理的課程。

The purposes of this study were 1. to compare the differences of free time management and quality of life among backgrounds (gender, age, martial status); 2. to examine the relationship among free time management, leisure satisfaction and quality of life. There were 402 students drawn from the Chienkuo Technology University. All the participants were administered with Free Time Management Questionnaire and Quality of Life Questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, t-test (independent), one-way ANOVA and structural equation modeling (SEM). The results indicated the following: 1.There was not difference of free time management and quality of life with different gender and marital status. 2. There was difference of free time management and quality of life with different age. 3. The free time management could validly predict quality of life. Finally, based on the research findings, it was suggested that the school can provide course of time management for in-serve education students.
