靜宜大學學生休閒運動參與動機與阻礙因素之研究

A Study on the Motivation and Hindrance Factors in Taking Leisure Exercise of Students' From Providence Universtiy Li, Da-Sheng/Providence University

摘要


本研究以靜宜大學560名學生為研究樣本,探討學生參與休閒運動的參與動機與阻礙因素現況,以及不同背景變項的學生參與動機與阻礙因素的差異情形。獲得資料以描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及Scheffé事後考驗法加以分析,得以下結論:一、參與動機以舒緩身心為主,阻礙因素以個人阻礙為主。二、不同性別、年級、運動頻率、運動類別、運動時間的受訪者,在參與動機方面均發現顯著的差異。三、不同性別、年級、運動頻率、運動類別、運動時間的受訪者,在阻礙因素方面均發現顯著的差異。根據研究結果,研究者提出相關建議,做為體育教師教學以及學校休閒運動環境改善的參考依據。

This study is made based on 560 students from Providence University, investigating current situation in terms of motivation and hindrance factors in taking leisure exercise. It also probes differences of motivation and hindrance factors between students with different backgrounds. All study results were analyzed through descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe's method. Here are the conclusions, Regarding taking leisure exercise, most of the motivation is because of releasing pressure mentally and physically while personal obstacles mainly hinders them from exercising. Genders, years, frequency of exercise, types of exercise and length of exercising make apparent differences in motivation factors. Genders, years, frequency of exercise, types of exercise and length of exercising make apparent differences in hindrance factors. According to the results of the study, the researcher gave some suggestions for physical education instructors and they can as well be basis of leisure exercising environment improvement.
