大專學生休閒運動參與動機與阻礙因素之研究:以大葉大學學生為例

A Study of College Students' Motivation and Obstructive Factors in Leisure Sport: The Case Study of Da-Yeh University Students

摘要


本研究主要目的是在了解大專學生參與休閒運動動機與阻礙因素間之關係。本研究是以大葉大學學生為研究對象進行問卷調查,問卷採隨機偶遇便利取樣的方式發放,共計發出問卷300份,回收有效問卷286份,經統計分析後本研究發現:一、大專學生在休閒運動參與方面,以每週運動2-3次學生及每次運動31-60分鐘學生最多;而在運動時間及同行對象的選擇上,學生最常利用下午的時段從事運動,且最常與自己的同學及朋友一同運動;在運動地點的選擇上,以學校之運動場館為最常運動的地方,且以從事籃球運動學生最多。二、在不同背景變項方面,不同年級、社團參與情形、每次運動時間、共同運動對象之大專學生在休閒運動參與動機及阻礙因素的部分動機及因素上有顯著的差異。三、大專學生參與休閒運動「社交互動需求」越高者其「個人阻礙因素」及「人際互動阻礙」越高;而參與休閒運動「紓解壓力與增廣見聞需求」及「身體健康需求」越高者其「結構性阻礙」及「外在壓力阻礙」越高。根據分析結果,本研究不僅對學校及學生提出相關建議,亦對後續研究者提供未來研究之建議。

The purpose of study was to understand college students' motivation and obstructive factors in leisure sport, that discuss the relationship between the two. The research was used non-random sampling method that investigation 300 students questionnaires, that collect 281 effective questionnaires. After statistical analysis that the study discover: 1. The university students average each week exercise 2-3 times in leisure sport, a times exercise 31-60 minute; The most student often exercise at afternoon, also often exercise with schoolmate and friend together; The most student often exercise in school gymnasium, also most played basketball. 2. The different grades, mass organization participation situation, each sport times, each sport period and common sport partner of college students's partial movitation and obstructive factors in leisure sport was significant different. 3. The college students' public relations of interaction demend” was highed that their' ”facrors of individual obstructive” and ”obstructive of personal interaction” was higher; The college students' ”demand of express pressure and increase health” in participate leisure sport was highed that their' ”obstructive of structure native” and ”obstructive of external pressure” was higher. Based on these finding, this study not only gave suggestions for the school and student, but also proposed some future research directions.
