大專學生學校運動場地設施使用情形、使用動機、阻礙因素與滿意度之研究-以大葉大學為例

A Study on the Situation, Motivation, Hindering Factors, and Satisfaction Level of College Students on the Utilization of Sports Grounds and Facilities on Campus-A Case Study of Da-Yeh University

摘要


本研究主要目的是以大葉大學學生為例,調查學生學校運動場地設施使用動機、阻礙因素與滿意度間之關係,並利用便利取樣方式發放問卷,共計發出300份問卷,回收有效問卷281份,經統計分析後發現: 1.在使用情況方面,大葉大學學生以每月使用校內運動設施5次以內,以及平均每次使用61~120分鐘的學生所佔比例最高,而以使用學校體育館之學生人數所佔比例最高。 2.在學校運動設施使用動機上以「社交互動」動機最高(M=4.00),以「增進自信」動機最低(M=3.37);在阻礙因素上對「環境與場地設施品質」的阻礙認知頗高(M=3.82);對學校運動設施的滿意度不高。 3.不同性別學生在運動場地設施使用動機、阻礙因素及滿意度上無顯著差異;不同活動次數學生在運動場地設施使用動機上部分有顯著差異;不同活動時間學生在運動場地設施滿意度上部分有顯著差異。 4.大葉大學學生校內運動場地設施使用動機越高者其滿意度越高;而校內運動場地設施使用動機及滿意度越高者,其阻礙因素越低。 5.「增廣見聞」、「增進自信」與「環境與場地設施品質」是對大葉大學學生運動場地設施「滿意度」最具預測力的變項。 根據分析結果,本研究不僅對學校提出管理上之建議,亦對學生在使用學校校內運動場地設施提出相關之建議。

The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relation among the motivation, hindering factors, and satisfaction level of students on the utilization of sports facilities on campus by carrying out a case study on Da-Yeh University with the adoption of convenient sampling to deliver questionnaires. A total of 300 questionnaires were delivered with 281 valid questionnaires ction of the utilization of the sports facilities on campus, among students of Da-Yeh University, those who use these facilities less than 5 times per month and 61-120 minutes per time account for the highest proportion; those who utilize the gymnasium take up the highest proportion of students. 2. With regard to the motivation of utilizing the sports facilities on campus, ”Social Interaction” accounts for the largest proportion (M=4.00); and ”To Improve Self-confidence” takes up the lowest proportion. Quite a lot of students acknowledge ”The Environment and Quality of Sports Grounds and Facilities” as a hindering factor (M=3.82); the satisfaction level of students on the sports facilities on campus is low. 3. There was no significant difference between different genders in the motivation, hindering factors, and satisfaction level on the utilization of these sports grounds and facilities; in respect of the motivation of utilizing these sports grounds and facilities, there were significant differences among some student groups categorized by their utilizing frequency; as regards to the satisfaction level of students on the sports grounds and facilities, there were significant differences among some student groups categorized by activity time. 4. Of students of Da-Yeh University, the more motivated they are in the utilization of the sports grounds and facilities on campus, the more satisfied they will be; the more motivated and more satisfied they are in the utilization of these sports grounds and facilities, the less affected they will be by hindering factors. 5. ”To Enrich Knowledge,” ”To Improve Self-confidence” and ”The Environment and Quality of Sports Grounds and Facilities” are the most prophetic variables (motives) on predicting the satisfaction level of students of Da-Yeh University on the sports grounds and facilities. Based on the analysis results, this study not only puts forward management suggestions to the school, but also brings up relevant recommendations to students on the utilization of sports grounds and facilities on campus.
