This study used SWOT analysis, TOWS analysis, and BOSTONBOX analysis to prove the status of each airline and the future whether the opportunity for sustained growth. In the face of fierce competition in the domestic aviation industry, in addition to considering the domestic air transport policy in the fares, purchase, route planning and flight control under the operating performance of the assessment of the airlines, there is a need to hope that by performance evaluation results to provide aviation industry and researchers as a reference.
