With the changing times, society's expectations of the male body is increasingly emphasizing bulk, while the requirements and associations of the "macho-man" also continues to be reinforced, resulting in deliberate physical self-presentation, muscle addiction, macho-man complex and other behaviors that affect the emotions or life or even leading to a muscle myth, false associations and fantasies. This paper is intended to correct muscle-related concepts, so that the society can have more positive viewpoints and expectations for the human body and avoid affecting life and behaviors due to misconceptions about the body.
