教育部推動新南向政策馬來西亞華校聯合會總會中學體育教師來台學習之探討

摘要

真理大學運動管理學系為配合國家積極推動新南向政策，藉由政府推動新南向政策以利縮短臺灣與東南亞國家教育的距離，同時，藉此促進臺灣與東南亞國家教育間頻繁的互惠交流。此次馬來西亞獨中體育教師來臺灣教育學習交流，除了體驗臺灣體育課程之教學方式，也讓馬國參訪團對臺灣體育教師在課程內容的專業傳授與教學互動上留下深刻的印象，這也讓政府鼓勵新南向政策交流的目的可以繼續深耕與協助國內大專院校學習參考，藉此本文提供此活動的學習效益與成果供未來學習之參考：一、在學習效益方面1.強化與馬來西亞華校董事聯合會總會華文獨鍾體育教師體育運動交流，增進兩國彼此間的認知與經驗提升。2.增進馬來西亞華校董事聯合會總會華文獨鍾體育教師對臺灣體育運動、文化資訉，體育活動設施之多元認識。3.協助馬來西亞華校董事聯合會總會華文獨鍾體育教師了解臺灣體育運動教學與運動器具設備的落實概況。4.擴展與馬來西亞華校董事聯合會總會華文獨鍾體育教師體育運動雙向交流，且促進兩國體育教學及與學術發展之機會。二、在學習成果方面1.馬來西亞華校董事聯合會總會華文獨鍾體育教師對課程與教師教學有很高的認同度。2.參訪團對政府積極推動新南向交流之政策有極高的評價。3.不僅馬來西亞星州日報對此活動大力報導，國內聯合報也在其體育版刊登活動的訊息，顯見兩國對此交流的重視。綜合而論，此次參訪交流活動不僅讓代表團對我國積極推動新南向交流之政策有極高的評價，同時他們也期待未來兩國間有更多的學術互惠交流。

The aim of the New Southbound Policy intents to engage in co-prosperity with the Southeast Asia communities. The New Southbound Policy in education is designed to promote and expand the higher education market overseas, to widen the two-way flow of skilled people between Taiwan and New Southbound Policy target countries. In order to achieve this goal, the department of Sport Management of Aletheia University makes much effort implement it. Thus, the department of Sport Management at Aletheia University gives the great hospitality to the delegation from the United Chinese School Committees' Association of Malaysia. The visiting group from Malaysia has not only observed teaching in physical education on campus, but also experienced the learning interaction between the faculty and students in Taiwan. This observation learning program serves as a platform for bilateral educational cooperation sharing their teaching experiences in physical education. In sum, this article provides practice and academic perspectives for teaching in physical education. Based on the practical outcome, this field trip could enhance physical exchange for the faculty on both sides. In addition to the practice perspective, the participates of the United Chinese School Committees' Association of Malaysia and Aletheia University commend the opportunity of mutual friendship for the New Southbound Policy on education.
