摘要

目的：本研究針對2019年世界女子拳擊錦標賽比賽之冠、亞軍決賽選手做攻擊拳路之分析。方法：以決賽中51kg（輕量級）、60kg（中量級）、75kg（重量級）三個量級的冠亞軍選手為研究對象，共計6名進行分析，分別以不同量級、不同回合的刺拳、主直拳、左鉤拳、右鉤拳、左上鉤拳、右上鉤拳等六個拳路使用次數分配及百分比的差異情形。結果：一、不同量級之獲勝及失敗選手的輕量級在六個拳路的使用上以刺拳、主直拳以及左鉤拳等皆多於其它拳路；其次中、重量級在六個拳路的使用上是以刺拳、主直拳以及左、右鉤拳等皆多於其它拳路；二、不同回合中，獲勝及失敗選手在六個拳路的攻擊使用上亦以刺拳、主直拳以及左、右鉤拳等皆多於其它拳路。結論：2019年世界盃女子拳擊錦標賽比賽決賽選手們在不同量級與回合中，六個拳路使用次數皆以刺拳、主直拳以及左、右鉤拳為主其它拳路為輔的攻擊趨勢。

Purposes: The current study analyzed the attack strategies of six final-game boxers in the 2019 Woman Boxing Championship. Observing the winning and losing boxers based on using the technical and tactical elements over the progression of boxing contests and differences through weight categories and bouts. Results: At first, the light bantam (51kg) boxers using the jab and straight are more than the others. Second, both light welter(60kg) and middle(75kg) boxers used the jab, straight and hooks to be the main punches. Conclusions: Jabs, straight, and hooks were the main punches of the final game boxers in the 2019 Woman Boxing Championship.
