初探國內職業棒球球團之人力資源管理分析

本研究的主要目的在於初探我國職業棒球球團人力資源管理之分析，並與美日職棒現況在管理上的整合分析差異處，分別從一、職棒經營組織之運作與管理（組織架構、球隊擴充）；二、職業球員之輔導與管理制度（招募、管理、訓練、培訓、輔導）；三、職棒教練的培訓及管理（培訓及、戰術實用、球員的管理）等方面進行初探。初探分結果，現階段中華民國職業棒球聯盟的體制已經算是成熟的，雖然我國職業棒球運動市場相較於美日市場規模來說不大，不過確實中華棒球聯盟持續的努力往正確的道路上邁進，若能改善目前所面臨的問題，未來中職不斷的改革下相信能跟上美日職棒發展制度規範，並打造成為一個完善的競賽環境，同時長期的提供穩定職業聯盟並保障職業運動球員。
