初探國內職業棒球球團之人力資源管理分析

A Preliminary Study on Human Resource Management of Domestic Professional Baseball Teams

摘要


本研究的主要目的在於初探我國職業棒球球團人力資源管理之分析,並與美日職棒現況在管理上的整合分析差異處,分別從一、職棒經營組織之運作與管理(組織架構、球隊擴充);二、職業球員之輔導與管理制度(招募、管理、訓練、培訓、輔導);三、職棒教練的培訓及管理(培訓及、戰術實用、球員的管理)等方面進行初探。初探分結果,現階段中華民國職業棒球聯盟的體制已經算是成熟的,雖然我國職業棒球運動市場相較於美日市場規模來說不大,不過確實中華棒球聯盟持續的努力往正確的道路上邁進,若能改善目前所面臨的問題,未來中職不斷的改革下相信能跟上美日職棒發展制度規範,並打造成為一個完善的競賽環境,同時長期的提供穩定職業聯盟並保障職業運動球員。

The main purpose of this study is to explore the analysis of human resource management of professional baseball teams in my country, and to analyze the differences between the management of professional baseball in the United States and Japan. The preliminary results show that the system of the Professional Baseball League of the Republic of China is already mature at this stage. Although the professional baseball market in my country is not large compared to the US and Japan markets, it is true that the Chinese Baseball League is making continuous efforts to move forward on the right path. , If the current problems can be improved, it is believed that under the continuous reform of the secondary vocational school in the future, it can keep up with the development system and norms of the professional baseball in the United States and Japan, and create a perfect competition environment.
