摘要
本研究主要開發一套RC建築柱配筋施工圖自動產生之電腦軟體，係將RC建築結構圖之圖面上相關資料如柱構件材料、尺寸及鋼筋配置等結構設計參數，輸入柱構件設計參數圖視窗，以建立柱構件設計資料庫，依據RC結構之材料及設計規範建立之基本資料庫，利用Access資料庫系統、VBA程式及AutoCAD等軟體，可自動建立柱構件電腦資料檔及圖檔，經由VB.NET程式可自動產生某一多層連續柱詳細配筋施工圖及料單。因係依據規範自動計算鋼筋錨碇彎鉤長度、搭接位置與長度，故可精確控制鋼筋用量，不但有助於施工，而且避免錯誤，以達到高效率省時及省工之自動化要求。本研究係利用AutoCAD自動繪製柱斷面配筋圖及柱配筋施工圖等，同時檢核配筋是否合乎規範規定(包括鋼筋間距、保護層厚度、搭接及錨碇彎鈎長度等)，故可提供作為柱設計檢核及現場施工之用途，對結構設計及施工品質之準確度提升，提供有力的保証及應用之工具。本研究成果除可作為RC建築結構設計→配筋施工圖→料單→廢料控制之自動化外，亦可以提供營建專案管理建立正確工料數量和進度及財務管理之依據，本研究同時可為數位營建之發展奠定基礎。

The computer program for the shop-drawing automation for column reinforcements of a RC building is developed. It can help a constructor to bid a building project or to construct a RC building under the control of budget and schedule. The computer automation platform also includes the basic and the design information databases which are established based on the building code and the structural design of a building, respectively. Applying the IT skills such as Access, AutoCAD, and VB.NET and etc., the arrangement and the shop drawing of the reinforcement for a multi-story column can be obtained. The program can also check the design of the reinforcement of a RC building with the design specification; therefore it is very useful in the design and construction of a RC building.
