熱拌瀝青混凝土材料及施工管理現況探討

摘要

道路鋪面工程的品質往往是民眾對公共工程品質檢驗最直接的指標之一，經統計國內約80%的道路工程是契約金額在5000萬以下的中小型工程，然由100個中小型道路工程的抽樣試驗結果，得到瀝青含油量是合格率為78.79%，瀝青壓實度試驗合格率為79.00%，瀝青鑽心厚度試驗合格率為85.00%，道路平整度試驗合格率為81.25%，其試驗結果合格率仍不盡理想，顯示中小型道路工程品質確實仍有很大之進步空間。再藉由召開相關專家學者研商會議，邀請國內瀝青混凝土工程兼具實務與理論專家學者、辦理該事務較多之中央機關及地方政府，及臺灣區瀝青同業公會與會參加討論，針對熱拌瀝青材料的取樣時機與標準做更進一步的分析建議。本研究除針對瀝青混凝土材料性質的加以探討外，亦關注其施工管理方面課題，希望對熱拌瀝青材料製成及品質控制方面提出相關改進策略，俾在提升道路工程品質有所助益。

Road pavement quality is always one of the most important indicators of road engineering. Among all factors influencing pavement quality, the construction quality of how hot-mix asphalt mixtures applied to pavement is the key. The study is aimed at an exploration on construction quality of hot-mix asphalt mixtures. Given that the average amount of over 80% pavement contract is less than $50 million NT dollars, 100 projects are randomly selected as the samples. The test results show that the qualified rates for asphalt content, compaction, thickness, and surface roughness are at 78.79%, 79.00%, 85.00% and 81.25%, respectively. Integrated with expertise from dozens of officials and professionals, we redefine the sampling timing and standards. Furthermore the findings provide suggestions for asphalt production, quality control strategies. The contributions would be not only beneficial to public users but useful to practitioners.
