結合BIM與視覺化技術之水土保持工程營造安全理管系統架構

INTEGRATING BUILDING INFORMATION MODEL AND VISUALIZATION TECHNOLOGIES TO SUPPORT CONSTRUCTION SAFETY MANAGEMENT FOR SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

摘要


水土保持工程之興建是水土保持工作重要的一環,水土保持工程分佈於台灣各處,面對極端氣候變遷導致天然災害頻繁,即時且整體掌握全台各處水保工程之進度、品質管理與營造安全,實日趨重要。水土保持中央管考單位為有效管理各處水土保持工程執行情形,對現有之專案皆定期進行管考,惟現行管考模式主要以統計數字、文字說明與二維照片為依據,缺乏三維(3D)視覺化等模型或圖像資料之輔助,故中央管考上必須經常至工地現場勘查,才能深入瞭解與掌控各工程實際進展。然因水保工程專案數量多,且經常位於交通不便之處,故中央管考單位極欲思考可降低現場勘查人力,並可維持管考效益之方法。本研究將建築資訊模型(Building Information Model, BIM)的3D視覺化與資訊化特性導入於水保工程之施工階段,並進一步結合擴增實境(Augmented reality 或簡稱AR)與虛擬實境(Virtual reality或簡稱VR)等技術,以期能降低現場勘查人力,並補強現有水保工程之營造安全管考做法。本研究選定北部一水保工程為案例,將所提系統架構導入至該案例中,研究成果顯示,導入BIM技術、AR與VR後之水保工程施工管理系統架構,應可有效提高施工安全之管理效益。然由於水保工程的規模大都較小,受委託設計監造者大都為中小型顧問公司或技師事務所,承攬工程者也都為中小型施工廠商,後續之導入,建議初期應由中央管考單位或工程業主提供適當之經費與獎勵誘因,之後循序漸進。

Constructing soil and water conservation (SWC) facilities is crucial to protect soil and water resources, maintain natural ecology and landscape, and prevent erosion, landslide, debris flow, and other disasters. Thousands of SWC construction projects are built all over the island in each year. Due to frequent prevalence of extreme climate changes, the responsible central governmental entity in Taiwan needs to monitor the progresses of these construction projects in a timely and integrated manner. The current monitoring system which uses numbers, texts, and two-dimensional photos is lack of three-dimensional (3D) visualization information to help the responsible engineers to further control each project. To meet such a need, this study applies the building information model (BIM), augmented reality, and virtual reality technologies to develop a new centralized management system framework that can view each SWC construction project with 3D model and access the project information promptly in a cloud environment. The proposed system framework is applied to a case project to demonstrate its benefits in supporting construction safety management. However, the application results also suggest that the government should provide sufficient budgets and incentives to encourage those middle- or small-size designers and contractors to apply the proposed system.
