利用液相層析串聯質譜法分析化粧品中之禁用色素

Determination of Banned Dyes in Cosmetics by Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要


本研究係利用高效液相層析串聯式質譜法(LC/MS/MS)建立一簡便且快速的方法,檢體以50%乙腈水溶液溶解後,經Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18層析管柱(2.1×10 cm, 1.7 μm),採用5 mM甲酸銨水溶液及乙腈為移動相作梯度沖提,並以多重反應監測模式(Multiple Reaction Monitoring,MRM)偵測,可同時分析化粧品中Acid orange 24 (CI 20170)、Acid red 73 (CI 27290)、Solvent red 1 (CI 12150)、Basicblue 26 (CI 44045)、Basic violet 14 (CI 42510)、HC yellow No.6及HC yellow No.12等7種禁用色素成分。7種成分標準曲線線性範圍為0.001-0.250 mg/mL,標準曲線線性回歸係數r^2皆為0.9989以上。添加回收試驗結果,回收率介於80.6-117.2%,相對標準偏差均小於9.7%。應用本研究所建立之方法檢測市售化粧品共10件,分析結果並未檢出7種禁用色素。

In this study, we used liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) to setup a specific and rapid method for banned dyes determination and quantification in cosmetics. The banned dyes are acid orange 24 (CI 20170), acid red 73 (CI 27290), Solvent red 1 (CI 12150), basic blue 26 (CI 44045), basic violet 14 (CI 42510), HC yellow No.6, HC yellow No.12. The samples were dissolved in 50% Acetonitrile and were analyzed. We used a Waters ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 (I.D. 2.1mm×10 cm, 1.7 μm) column with 5mM ammonium formate solution and acetonitrile as eluent under gradient program. The concentration range of the 7 standards was 0.001-0.250 μg/mL with an r2 value greater than 0.9989. The average recoveries of spiked samples were 80.6-117.2%, andthe relative standard deviations of average recoveries were less than 9.7%. The cosmetic products bought from market were analyzed using this method and no banned dyes were detected.
