102年度市售食品中真菌毒素含量監測

Surveying Mycotoxin Contamination in Commercial Foods: Taiwan, 2013

摘要


真菌毒素係指一羣由真菌所產生的毒性代謝產物,為非人為添加的食品天然污染物,人類食用含真菌毒素食物會造成不同程度之致害,102年衛生福利部食品藥物管理署與全國各縣市政府衛生局聯手於傳統市場、超級市場或食品販售商進行抽樣,依衛生福利部公告方法分別檢驗黃麴毒素、黃麴毒素M_1、赭麴毒素A、棒麴毒素及橘黴素。本計畫共計抽樣421件,結果有412件符合規定,合格率為97.9%。有9件不符規定,其中有4件(包括2件花生糖、1件花生粉及1件紅薏仁)檢出黃麴毒素超出限量標準;另有5件(包括4件紅麴米及1件紅麴錠狀食品)檢出橘黴素超出限量標準。本調查發現花生糖、花生粉、紅麴米、紅麴錠狀食品及紅薏仁屬風險較高食品,檢出不符規定之產品,均已由縣市政府衛生機關監督回收並移出食物鏈,違規業者均依法處辦,並於邊境加強進口不合格產品業者管制,本調查結果已發布新聞4則。

Mycotoxins are a group of toxic metabolites produced by fungi, that may be found as natural contaminants rather as artificial additives in foods sold by supermarket chains and grocery markets. Mycotoxins are known to cause a variety of adverse health effects in humans. In order to investigate the mycotoxin contamination in commercial foods in Taiwan, a total of 421 samples from convenient stores, supermarkets and grocery stores located in 22 counties of Taiwan were collected from March to October of 2013. The samples were analyzed for aflatoxins, aflatoxin M_1, ochratoxin A, patulin, and citrinin by the methods promulgated by the Department of Health (DOH). Among them, 412 samples (97.9%) complied with the regulation set by DOH. One of nine samples, aflatoxins were found in 2 peanut candy products, 1 peanut powder products and 1 coix seed products. All had exceeded maximum levels: 15 ppb parts per billion for peanut, 10 ppb for other food products. While 4 red yeast rice (RYR) samples contained citrinin above 5 ppm, and 1 RYR tablet exceeded the maximum amount allowed. The result of this investigation has been sent to the local government in order to remove the substandard products from supermarket chains and grocery markets and enforce penalties to the suppliers who violated these regulations. The authorities in boundary control have taken measures to strengthen regulation on imported peanut products, RYR and coix seeds.
