106年度臺灣邊境食品及相關產品輸入查驗資料分析

Analysis of Food and Related Products Imported into Taiwan at Border Inspection in 2017

摘要


106年度食品藥物管理署(下稱食藥署)受理食品及相關產品輸入之總報驗數為694,372批,其中日本(154,142批)、中國(96,369批)及美國(82,245批)輸入者為前三大來源國,佔輸入總批數之47.9%。檢驗批數為56,604批,檢驗不合格批數為808批,檢驗不合格率為1.4%(檢驗不合格批數/檢驗批數x100),其中以農產品之農藥殘留為主要檢驗不合格項目。106年度輸入食品邊境查驗之結果,依據「食品及相關產品輸入查驗辦法」及風險管控原則,可針對違規紀錄較高之產品類別、來源國與風險因子,施以較強之年度邊境查驗措施,另作為加強對輸入食品業者宣導事項。

In 2017, a total of 694,372 batches of imported foods and related products were submitted to the Taiwan Food and Drug Administration (TFDA) for import inspection. The main countries of origin were Japan, Mainland China, and the USA, from which 154,142, 96,369 and 82,245 batches, respectively, were imported. Together, they represented 47.9% of the entire cohort. Out of 56,604 batches tested, 808 batches were found to be non-compliant. The major cause of non-compliance was pesticide residues in agricultural products. The results of the import inspection provided valuable management information in evaluating the risks of various food categories, food origins and risk factors for the control of imported food.
