影響高中體育班學生的生涯發展之因素研究

A Study of the Factors Influencing Career Development on the High School Students of the Department of Physical Education

摘要


本研究主要探討高中(職)體育班學生的生涯發展影響因素。研究針對臺灣高中體育班三年級學生,採用分層比例隨機叢集抽樣進行問卷調查,共獲得有效問卷679份。調查問卷包含社會支持、生涯信念及生涯發展等三個變項。資料分析透過描述性統計、階層迴歸分析。結果發現學生的社會支持對生涯發展具有正向影響,且生涯信念具有部分中介效果。且本研究結論發現高社會支持有助於高中體育班學生的生涯發展,尤其是生涯信念愈佳的學生。

The purposes of this study attempted to explore the factors influencing career development. This research involved a survey, comprised of three sets of questionnaires concerning the social support, career beliefs, and career development. The data collection were utilized the random sampling with cluster adopted from high school students of the department of physical education in Taiwan. The quantitative analysis of the questionnaires was conducted through descriptive statistics, confirmatory factors analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. The results indicated that the students’ social support have a positively significant effect on their career development, and the mediating effect of the career beliefs. In conclusion, high social support helps high school students promoted their career development, especially students with good career beliefs.
