國立臺灣師範大學運動與休閒管理研究所學生就讀動機、學習經驗及生涯發展之研究

摘要


近年來國內運動產業發展更加迅速,促成運動與休閒產業人才需求量增加,運動休閒管理人才的培育顯得格外重要。有鑑於管理策略的成功,國立臺灣師範大學於1998年成立了國內第一個運動與休閒管理研究所。本研究目的在於瞭解國立臺灣師範大學運動與休閒管理研究所(以下簡稱臺師大運休所)學生就讀動機、學習經驗及其生涯發展,並且瞭解就讀國立臺灣師範大學運動與休閒管理研究所對於學生生涯發展之影響。研究調查時間為2011年3-5月,研究方法透過質性研究法,以開放式問卷調查99學年度國立臺灣師範大學運動與休閒管理研究所碩士班一般生所有在學生,並以內容分析法分析結果。共回收43份有效問卷。研究結果顯示目前在學生之就讀動機係以懷抱著對運動與休閒領域十足的熱忱與濃厚興趣及增進個人專業知能為主,會因為校名特色、為滿足他人期待與建議為重要影響因素;在學生之學習經驗則是對於課程規劃以及研究生的生活型態有所差異,在人際關係與待人處事的態度有所收穫,包括專業知識與活動經驗的累積;生涯發展部分則多是以相關運休產業為就業計畫,以及繼續進修等;而就讀臺師大運休所對於其生涯發展的影響是增加求職優勢及職業的選擇,並能拓展人脈,使自己能夠從中自我成長。研究建議研究所可以了解學生需求後,結合實務經驗並與業界共同發展,以作為課程設計的內容;研究生則需要培養自我的專業能力,並要妥善運用研究所的資源,包含人力資源等,並多累積相關領域的活動經驗。

In recent years, the need of people who specialize in sport and leisure management does increase due to the boost of development in domestic sport enterprises. The cultivation of people with this specialty, therefore, is extraordinarily crucial. Due to the success of management strategy, National Taiwan Normal University establishes the first graduate institute of sport and leisure management in 1998. In this thesis, I aim to comprehend the motive, learning experience, and career development of graduate students in Graduate Institute of Sport and Leisure Management at National Taiwan Normal University. My investigation begins in 2011, and the research period is from March to May. The main research method is questionnaire. The questionnaires are distributed to graduate students in Graduate Institute of Sport and Leisure Management at National Taiwan Normal University. In addition, the target students are enrolled in academic year 99. Forty-three questionnaires are received in total. The outcome reveals that, currently, the students’ motives are multi-dimensional. Their motives are deeply affected by their passion and interest in the domain of sport and leisure management, their aim to improve personal specialty, their concern with the reputation and specialty of the university, and their pressure to fulfill expectation and suggestion. Students’ learning experience is multi-dimensional as well. Their learning experience is affected by the difference between life style and curriculum plan. Yet, these differences further enhance their ability in dealing with relationships between colleagues. In addition, their professional knowledge and experience in activity are accumulated via these differences. As to their career development, the majority students plan to participate in sports and leisure management enterprise. Some students plan to pursue an advanced degree. Viewing from the outcome of this research, the need of graduate students in Graduate Institute of Sport and Leisure Management at National Taiwan Normal University is dismantled. On the one hand, the curriculum design may combine with practical experience and sport and leisure industry. On the other hand, graduate students should cultivate their specialty using the resource in the graduate institute. Last but not least, graduate students should accumulate experience in terms of sport and leisure domain as well.
