將網站地圖特性嵌入麵包屑之導覽設計

摘要

隨著網站資訊複雜度的增加，用戶在瀏覽網站時也開始產生認知超載或是方向感迷失等使用障礙。因而導覽系統的設計成為設計網站時相當重要的研究課題。網站地圖能清楚地呈現網站的組成結構，麵包屑能讓用戶清楚的瞭解目前在網站中的位置。本文結合這兩種導覽系統的優點，提出一新型態的導覽系統，並對其使用性與愉悅性加以評估。研究結果顯示，此新型態的導覽系統具良好的使用性，若使用者曾經使用過傳統麵包屑，則其使用評價更高。

As website complexity increases, users begin to experience usability barriers, such as cognitive overload and disorientation, when they browse websites. Therefore, navigation systems become crucial in website designs. Sitemaps can clearly present the website composition and breadcrumbs can enable users to clearly determine their current position in the website. We have integrated the advantages of these two navigation systems to design a novel navigation system, and evaluated its usability and hedonic quality. The results indicate that the proposed navigation system has good usability properties. Moreover, users who have experience in traditional breadcrumbs evaluated this novel system even higher.
