Objective: This study aimed to investigate the perception of professionalism of the national referee high school football league players. The subjects participated in 100 high school year male Division football league, high female athletes in Pool A and Pool B high- M 356, Methods: A questionnaire, data analysis include : descriptive statistics, factor analysis , independent sample t test (t-test) single- factor analysis of variance (ony-way ANOVA) Scheffe test (Scheffe's methed) and so on . Results: High School Football League players perceived referee professionalism in the player's different demographic backgrounds perception referee professionalism female players, in football aged ≥ 5 years time ball league level in Group A, Junior stage for football players, position as a striker in the perception of professionalism of a better understanding of the referee. Conclusion: The longer the exposure time, and junior football player and stage Group A players, referees perceived professionalism compared know. Recommendations: establish a systematic way of football referees professional development, including six levels of quality and moral aspects of implementation capacity, psychological, physical, professionalism, quality management and other competitions. In future research part; conduct research for college players and join other research variables, specifically to enhance the professionalism of the players on the football referee football referee understanding and recognition of professional skills.
